How to - Edit Global Account Settings

Step 1:

Login to your account.

Step 2:

Click on Settings:

Step 3:

Click on Company Profile and then Global Settings. Its important to note that this will change the default options for all interviews made after the change.

Step 4:

Select your Candidate Scheduling Offset. This option allows you to set a freeze period after you create a new interview. During the freeze no candidates will be able to schedule an interview

Step 5:

Candidate Interview Reminder. Allows you to set the time in advance that a candidate will receive a reminder email for their upcoming interview

Step 6:

Interview Invitation Text . Allows you to add custom text to each interview invitation personalized for your company

Step 7:

Interview Confirmation Text. Allows you to add custom text to each interview confirmation personalized for your company

Step 8:

Email Template. Choose from one of 3 premade email templates for interview invitations and confirmations. Each template has an on/off button, click the button on the template you wish to enable. It is not possible to turn off all the templates, one must be enabled at all times.

Step 9:

Candidate Reply-To. Sometimes a candidate will reply to a system email from Interview Assistant such as a reminder, These emails would normally goto an unmonitored inbox and not get responded to. This option allows you to receive these mails so they can be responded to by the recruiter.
