How to - Upload and modify your company attachments

Step 1:

Login to your account.

Step 2:

Click on Settings:

Click on Company Profile and then Your Attachments

Step 4:

Click on Add Files to select a file from your computer to upload. You can upload a maximum of 5 files to your online account at a time. You can queue multiple files at a time and upload them at once or just upload a single file. Once the file(s) have been added make sure to press Start Upload, this will start the file transfer to the cloud of your account. Using the Cancel Upload button will stop all uploads in progress. You can Delete files one at a time or in multiples by selecting the check box beside each file to wish to remove and pressing Delete at the top of the page. Notice the URL link listed to the right of the thumbnail of your image, you can paste this URL into an email and allow the candidate to access to the image or document simply by opening the link on their device.

Step 5:

Below is an image of what you will see once a file in added to your cloud, you can remove the single file by pressing the Delete button on the right
