How to Delete a candidate from an interview

Step 1:

Login to your account.

Step 2:

Click on the menu:

Click on Interviews then View all interviews

Step 4:

From this page a list of interviews is displayed. Click on the interview where the candidate is to be deleted.

Step 5:

From the list of candidates find the one you wish to remove and press the red person icon with an X located to the far right of the candidates name as shown below.

Step 6:

The next screen will provide some options that allows the recruiter to personalize the delete. The first option is to send the candidate an email to advise they have been removed. This will default to Yes and for most will always be Yes however we provide the option for increased flexibility. You can select some preformatted text to be placed into the email that will be sent, in this case we are asking that the candidate reschedule. You can also type a custom response in the text field below or just modify a pre-formatted message.
